Tax law is continuously changing and applies to a significant number of situations. Taxation applies not only to income but to transfers, purchases and sales of tangible and intangible movables and property as well as to situations that do not involve any particular sector.

Preventing and resolving tax disputes is our priority. We advise our individual and company clients before a dispute arises and assist them in disputes with the Belgian tax authorities.

We handle income-related matters (individual tax returns, company tax, tax on legal entities, etc.) and indirect taxation (VAT, registration duties, estate tax, etc.) both in Belgium and internationally.

We also handle matters dealing with Belgian regional, provincial and communal taxes.

In addition, we help our clients structure their assets and estates with a view to tax planning (gifts of movables and real property, drafting of agreements related to gifts, tax planning for business owners, setting up funds or trusts, and so on).
